Education Plan

Education Plan (Spring 2024)

At Greely Road School, we firmly believe in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. Our commitment to continuous improvement drives us to reflect, adapt, and grow, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our vibrant school community. Through our Education Plan (Spring 2024), we aim to provide transparency and clarity for our goals, strategies, and achievements while keeping students, staff, and families at the heart of everything we do.

Prioritizing Community and Collaboration

To create a thoughtful and strategic Education Plan, we conducted a thorough analysis of critical data. This includes insights and feedback gathered from the Alberta Education Assurance Survey, the Our School Survey, and an ongoing dialogue with parents, staff, and students. Their voices guide our priorities and ensure that our goals reflect the needs of our school community.

Alberta Education Results Report (AERR)

At Greely Road School, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and enriching learning environment that empowers our students to realize their full potential. Guided by our Continuous Improvement Cycle and the Alberta Education Results Report (AERR) for the 2024-2025 school year, we strive for excellence in education, focusing on outcomes that matter to our students, staff, and wider community.

Our Commitment to Excellence

The AERR is more than just a report—it represents our pledge to continuously reflect, assess, and improve our approach to education. Our Continuous Improvement Cycle is at the heart of this commitment, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven, aligned with Alberta Education’s priorities, and responsive to the unique needs of our school community.

Through collaboration between students, teachers, parents, and community members, our improvement cycle supports a culture of learning and growth that bridges academic success, personal development, and community involvement.
